With the ability to source materials from all over our earth, finding the requested materials for your next project or stock program is easier than ever. Our factory has the capabilities to produce up to 50 pallet of mosaics per day. This sets a standard for our clients to ensure their lead times are always met and sometimes even beat.
Our Manufacturing Process
We use the latest technology and processes to manufacture our products. Our facilities are equipped with state-of-the-art machinery and our team of experts ensure that each product is manufactured to the highest standards. All of our straight cut mosaics are made by hand with extreme attention to detail. We pride our selves on our tried and true EG Surfaces mesh and glue that stands above the rest by providing strength to hold each piece of stone on the mesh even when wet. The detail continues still after the mosaics are produced. Our packaging process encases each sheet of tile in a protective packing to make sure it is flawless from the time it is packed to the time it reaches your facility.
